Ian and Aria have become very skilled at scram- bling eggs. So one morning, Aria volun- teered to scramble some for us, but when she cracked the eggs into a bowl, she found a surprise!
So, I took over and scrambled frozen egg! The cold spots in our fridge strikes again!
After reinforcing our gas-grill purchased used from a colleague for RM50 (US$18), I fired it up for the first time and was rewarded by amazing grilled food!
It was almost enough to make me forget the heinous trials with the charcoal grill!
Ian has been badgering me to get us to make sushi at home.
So, I got some surimi crab, seaweed and boiled up some rice for a feast of crudites, panseared chicken and sushi!
