Intense practice after dinner the night before.
Lots of rehearsing in the van ride up and before sleep!
I got a small corner room to myself--literally a triangular room with tall ceilings. It was clean, things worked and I had it to myself :)
The Sunway International School was part of the Sunway Megaplex--mall, condos, hotel and school built as a single neighborhood development connected by walkways so you don't have to commute in your car!
We took a break for lunch in the mall.
The competition was fierce with loads of tension on both sides. We made it into the finals that were conducted in a large common room.
We did well!
We celebrated with a dinner at Papa Johns, which was really authentic. Who knew?!!
...and Krispy Cream donuts for good measure!
