Ever since our neighbor's cat Mao-Mao was given away, Mochi has been calling for him. She even sits at their doorstep to guard it.
Because she has finally bonded to us strongly, and had become very relaxed and affectionate we thought it was time for her to socialize with other cats in the area. And yes, she has been spayed!
The odd thing is that she still does not roam for a very long time--choosing instead to hide on a ledge until she hears our car or our house gate opening. Then she calls for us like she is 'dying'!
