Ordinarily, I would be concerned at seeing so few people in a food court at dinner time. Perhaps it was early or this might be a bust. But I had a gut feel that we would find a win in there.
So I invited Aria to a challenge--to pick out the best foodie stall in there based on cues that I had taught her. Type of patrons, smell, sight of food. She did me proud and picked the Bak Kut Teh. It turned out to be the best example yet.

He proudly brought us a refill.
It is a custom with Bak Kut Teh stalls to offer more broth on request, which is a sign that we really enjoyed our meal.
