Final Night Market Visit

We wanted to record some of the more unusual food vendors on this last visit, since we might not get to see them again when we come back... this steamed roti jala served with sugar and coconut for example.
And the soybean milk with gula melaka and sugarcane juice.

Chicken murtabak. Not my favorite example but unusual for Penang.

We loved this Kerabu Beehoon and Nasi Ulam stall. Awesome!

And of course, our fantastic Pau (Steamed buns) stall that would rival any Hong Kong dim sum restaurant for its fluffy bread and lean, caramelized charsiew, tausar (Aria's favorite) and lengyong (lotus paste) fillings.
