Birthday Meals at Aji Noren

I began my birthday celebrations eating Teochew 'Chai Kueh' (vegetable dumplings filled with Jicama and Garlic Chives), and a portion of crispy belly pork and duck breast.

As always, the fiery, tangy complimentary soup was awesome!

One of the places the kids wanted to eat again before leaving was our Japanese homecooked cafe, Aji Noren which is revered by the local Japanese community.

Their lunch sets range from RM15-RM25 and come with rice, cabbage salad, fruit and miso soup.

I chose the grilled Saba fish.

Pork Yakiniku for Ian

Teriyaki Chicken for Aria

Japanese Curry for Monica and half Pork Tonkatsu.
