It was Ian's 10th birthday, and we decided to ask our boy what he wanted to eat to celebrate his birthday (not that we needed insight as to his choice). Without hesitating, he screamed SUSHI!
Here, we see Ian playing with the touch screen ordering interface--this is in addition to the revolving conveyor belt that sends color-coded plates of sushi on an enticing orbit!
So now, whenever they crave sushi (which is more often than we go), they sing the Sa-ka-e Sushi Song!
While other families may count the number of pieces of sushi consumed, we just count plates!
Can we see the carb-coma coming on?!!
Shortly after, we retired to our home to cut some cake. Ian loves his chocolate, so Monica found a chocolate cake at Cold Storage, and frosted it with a low sugar frosting brought over from Stateside.
Must-have-more-sugar!!!
